Stop Learning. Start Doing.
If you’re easily offended then stop reading now.
I typically write about leadership. That’s changing for me. The reason? I’ve noticed something… you don’t need anymore leadership content or practical frameworks. You have that in droves.
There is an epidemic in the world of ministry and christianity.
We consume but never do. Yes, you serve on Sundays and go to your small groups. Lead your staff meetings. Got it.
I’m talking about everything else you ingest throughout the week. Podcasts, another John Maxwell book on leadership (big fan.. I’m on his team so settle down)
You consume all the content but nothing has actually changed in your life.
Weeks are still a mess. Life feels crazy and out of control, read your bible/pray but nothing changes.
Your problem isn’t information it’s application. You don’t need another podcast, what you need is to apply one thing (just one) you’ve actually learned.
Learning does not happen if behavior never changes. Read that again.
What if you stopped “learning” and started “applying” what you learned?
What if your life actually looked like the life you preach to others?
What if there was a plan for your life that aligned every area of your life?
I bet your life starts to look different.
Til next time.
